Delicious Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. grated carrots
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
3 eggs
1 small can crushed pineapple

Preparation

Mix dry ingredients.
Add oil, vanilla, pineapple, carrots and pecans.
Add eggs last.
Pour into layer pans or a 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Cool.
Frost.
