Broccoli, Rice And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli or equivalent fresh
    1 1/2 c. brown rice, cooked in 3 c. water
    salt to taste
    3 fresh scallions, chopped
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Cook broccoli only slightly in boiling water.
    In another pan, boil rice in 3 cups of water with salt.
    When both are cooked, place in a large casserole dish and mix in scallions, cheese and soup.
    Grate cheese on top and sprinkle bread crumbs.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for approximately 30 minutes or until bubbly and light brown.
