Jellied Salmon Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lemon jello
    2 c. boiling water
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. flaked salmon
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Dissolve the lemon jello in the boiling water.
    When cool, add the vinegar and the salt.
    As it begins to set, fold in the flaked salmon, the celery and the mayonnaise.
    Chill until firm and serve on crisp lettuce.
    May be garnished with more dressing, radish roses and paprika.
