Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 medium Irish potatoes
1 medium white onion, cut small
2 or 3 green onions with green tops, chopped
2 or 3 ribs celery, chopped

Preparation

Mix vegetables. Cover with water in soup pot; cook until tender. Mash as you desire with old-fashioned potato masher. Set aside.
