Sausage And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 garlic clove, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 c. rice (uncooked)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cans cream of chicken soup
Preparation
-
Brown sausage in pan and pour off grease.
Add chopped onion, garlic, celery and green pepper to sausage and simmer until tender.
Wash rice and add to mixture in baking dish.
Stir in soups.
Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
Stir occasionally.
Serves 6.
