Wild Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. wild rice
3 c. chicken broth
3 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
3 Tbsp. finely chopped celery
1/4 c. butter
4 oz. mushrooms
pinch of salt
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Place all ingredients in saucepan and bring to boil.
Cook about 8 minutes.
Pour into casserole and bake for 1 hour.
