Chicken Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. green pepper
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 c. cooked, diced ham
    12 small pork sausages
    1 c. cooked, diced chicken
    1 (No. 2) can tomatoes
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 1/2 c. chicken broth
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Add onions, green pepper and garlic to hot oil in a skillet. Cook over low heat, stirring frequently until tender.
    Stir in meat.
    Cook for 5 minutes.
    Add all remaining ingredients.
    Place in a greased casserole dish.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Yields about 8 servings.
