Stir-Fry Chicken And Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil or margarine
    2 or 3 boneless/skinless chicken breasts, cut in strips
    1 onion, halved and sliced
    1 c. celery, sliced diagonally
    1 green pepper, cut in slices
    2 c. pineapple chunks, drained, reserve juice
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    In skillet or wok, saute chicken strips in oil or margarine. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and stir constantly for 3 minutes. Add onion, green pepper and celery.
    Stir for 2 minutes.
    Add pineapple.
