Ham And Pasta Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
6 lasagna noodles, cooked in unsalted water and drained
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of celery soup
1 Tbsp. Dijon-style or prepared mustard
    1 c. milk
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
    1/3 c. (about 1 1/2 oz.) grated Parmesan cheese
    1 egg
1 (2.8 oz.) can Durkee French fried onions
6 thin slices deli ham (about 1/2 lb.)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Place hot noodles under cold running water until cool enough to handle; drain and set aside.
In medium bowl, combine soup, mustard, milk and 1/2 cup Swiss cheese; pour half the soup mixture into 10-inch round or 8 x 12-inch baking dish.
In small bowl, combine spinach, Parmesan cheese, egg and 1/2 can French fried onions; stir until well blended.
Fold each ham slice in half lengthwise and place on one end of cooled lasagna noodle.
Top ham with 1/4 cup spinach mixture.
Roll up noodles tightly, jelly-roll style.
With sharp knife, cut roll-ups into halves.
    Arrange in dish, ruffled-side up.
Pour remaining soup mixture over roll-ups.
Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until heated through.
Top with remaining Swiss cheese and onions; bake, uncovered, 5 minutes or until onions are golden brown.
    Makes 6 servings.
