Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 gal. milk
    1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
    1 c. Carolina rice (raw)
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. vanilla pudding (powdered)
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Bring to boil and then add 1 cup sugar and 1/2 cup of milk with beaten egg, then add another 1/2 cup milk with pudding mix. Simmer for 45 minutes and let cool.
