Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. Minute rice
    2 3/4 c. milk
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. raisins
    2 slightly beaten eggs
    1 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients; bring to a boil, stirring frequently.
    Reduce heat; simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Mix 2 slightly beaten eggs and 1 teaspoon nutmeg in a 1-quart casserole, slowly stir in rice mixture and mix well. Place in pan of hot water.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
    Cool 1 hour.
