Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 c. coconut
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 pie shell, unbaked
Preparation
    Melt margarine; add eggs.
    Beat
    for 1 minute at medium speed. Add remaining ingredients\tand beat for a few minutes. Pour into pie shell.\tBake at
