Crabmeat Souffle (Or Shrimp) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 slices white bread (or 12), cut into 1-inch cubes
    2 c. crabmeat or 3 c. shelled shrimp
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped (3 stalks)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 c. milk
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Spread 1/2 bread cubes in baking dish, 8 x 12-inch (oiled or Pam).
    Mix shrimp, mayonnaise, onion, pepper, celery and soup (salt and pepper).
    Spread over bread cubes.
    Put remaining bread on top.
    Blend milk and eggs.
    Pour over casserole.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bring to room temperature.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour (maybe a little longer).
