1 c. pancake mix
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. water
2 to 2 1/2 lb. frying chicken
Preparation

Combine pancake mix, salt and water.
Beat for 2 minutes.
Dip chicken in batter; drain.
Cook chicken in hot oil (350\u00b0) until tender, about 10 minutes on each side.
