Summer Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 large diced tomatoes or cherry tomatoes
    3 to 4 fresh cloves garlic
    chopped fresh basil
    1 tsp. oregano
    salt
    pepper
    diced onion
    diced bell pepper
    mushrooms (fresh)
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. sugar (optional)
Preparation
    Dice all ingredients together.
    Do not cook.
    Serve over cold pasta.
