Stuffed Tomato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large tomatoes
1 small avocado
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 c. diced, cooked ham
lettuce leaves
Preparation

Cut top off tomatoes and carefully scoop out meat.
Mix lemon juice, vinegar, salt and pepper.
Cube avocado and tomato meat. Marinate in a bowl for 5 minutes. Add cooked ham. Toss and stuff the tomatoes with this salad.
Serve immediately on lettuce leaves. Serves 4.
