Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 green bell peppers, seeded and cut in strips
    1 red bell pepper, seeded and cut in strips
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    salt, pepper, paprika
    1/2 c. beef broth
    parsley, chopped
    4 veal fillets
    freshly ground black pepper
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Saute peppers in margarine; season with salt, pepper and paprika.
    Add the beef broth; simmer for 15 minutes.
    Add chopped parsley.
    Sprinkle veal with ground black pepper and press into the meat.
    Fry the veal fillets in hot oil 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Combine sauteed peppers and meat.
