Sausage Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mild sausage
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. grated Mozzarella
    1 c. grated Cheddar
    1 egg
    1 thawed bread dough
Preparation
    Cook sausage until brown; drain and cool.
    Add onion, Mozzarella, Cheddar and egg to sausage.
    Roll out thawed bread dough onto greased cookie sheet.
    Put meat mixture in center. Fold like envelope and seal ends.
    Flip over so seam is on bottom. Brush top with a beaten egg.
    Bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
