Broccoli Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. cottage cheese
    4 beaten eggs or 1 carton Egg Beaters
    1 onion, chopped
    1 stick oleo, melted
    1 tsp. salt
    1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
    1 (10 oz.) box frozen, chopped broccoli, cooked, thawed and drained
Preparation
    Mix well together the broccoli, cottage cheese, eggs or Egg Beaters, onion, melted oleo, salt and corn muffin mix.
    Pour in greased 8 or 9-inch hot pan or skillet (can use Pam spray).
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
