Apple Harvest Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. diced apples, chopped fine
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. soda
3 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Mix ingredients and bake in greased tube pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
