Onion Parmesan Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 large fresh mushrooms
    2/3 c. minced green onion
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. Parmesan cheese
    olive oil cooking oil
    1 c. soft breadcrumbs
    1 oz. goat cheese
    1/2 tsp. ground pepper
Preparation
    Clean mushrooms with damp paper towels.
    Remove stems; set mushroom caps aside.
    Finely chop stems and set aside.
    Coat a large, nonstick skillet with cooking spray.
    Place on medium heat until hot.
    Add mushrooms caps and saute 5 minutes.
    Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels.
    Coat skillet with cooking spray; add reserved mushroom stems and green onions.
    Saute until tender.
    Remove from heat; stir in breadcrumbs, Parmesan and salt; set aside.
