Spinach Pita - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. box fillo dough
    (thirty 12 x 17-inch sheets)
    1/2 lb. sweet butter
    1 lb. cottage cheese
    1/4 lb. Feta cheese
    dash of nutmeg
    1 box frozen, chopped spinach
    10 to 12 scallions, chopped
    3 eggs
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Thaw spinach and drain to remove most of the liquid.
    Add scallions.
    Mix in cottage cheese and finely crumbled Feta cheese. Add beaten eggs and nutmeg.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Melt butter.
    Place wax paper on counter and set fillo dough out with damp cloth over. Brush bottom of baking pan with butter.
    Layer 15 sheets of fillo dough, brushing each with butter.
    Carefully spread with spinach mixture.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and layer the other 15 sheets, spreading each with melted butter.
    Slice before baking. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
