Smothered Pork Chops(Soulfood) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops (1-inch thick)
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 c. flour
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    1 1/4 c. chicken broth
    1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
Preparation
    Rub chops with salt and pepper and sprinkle with half of garlic salt.
    Set aside for 10 minutes.
    Gently coat chops with 1/3 cup of the flour, shaking off excess.
