Oatmeal Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
2/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. oatmeal
1 unbaked (9-inch) pie shell
1 stick butter, melted
2/3 c. dark corn syrup
2 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Mix eggs, sugar, butter, corn syrup, oatmeal and vanilla.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Place in 400\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes, then lower heat to 350\u00b0 and continue baking 30 to 35 minutes.
