Deer Steak Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 deer steaks
1 thickly sliced jalapeno
1/4 c. French's mustard
1 1/2 c. Worcestershire
1/2 c. chopped onion

Preparation

Line a deep baking dish with foil.
Put steaks in bottom of pan.
Mix other ingredients and pour over meat.
Cover with foil and bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for about 1 hour until tender.
Season with salt and pepper.
