Apple Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices thin bread
    1 1/2 c. nonfat dry milk powder, liquified, or 1 can evaporated skim milk
    3 eggs or equivalent Egg Beaters
    5 packets Sweet 'N Low or Equal
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    3 apples, pared and diced
Preparation
    Toast bread; cut into cubes.
    Place in baking dish.
    Heat milk to boiling; pour over bread.
    Let stand 15 minutes.
    Beat eggs with sweetener, cinnamon and nutmeg.
    Add apples.
    Combine with bread mixture and stir.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
