Cracker Barrel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. Bisquick mix
    2/3 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Mix first three ingredients together. Add melted butter into the batter.
    Stir ingredients until soft dough forms.
    Turn onto surface that has been dusted with flour. Knead 20 times.
    Roll 1/2-inch thick.
    Cut out biscuits.
    Place in an ungreased 8 x 8 cake pan.
    Flatten slightly and brush with melted butter.
    Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
