Chicken Parisienne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 boned chicken breasts
    1 onion, sliced thin
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    3/4 c. light sherry
Preparation
    Arrange chicken in a baking pan.
    Place onion slices and sliced mushrooms over the chicken.
    Mix soup, sour cream and sherry with a whisk; spread over chicken.
    Bake for 45 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Serve with rice.
