Crawfish Jambalaya In Hitachi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Campbell's beef broth (bouillon) 10 1/2 oz.
    1 medium whole onion, chopped
    1 medium bell pepper, chopped
    1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
    1 c. mushrooms, drained and chopped (4 oz.)
    1 c. tomato sauce (8 oz.)
    1 stick oleo or butter, melted
    1 lb. crawfish, chopped if large
    2 1/2 c. raw rice
Preparation
    Wash rice
    and drain.
    Place all ingredients in Hitachi rice cooker
    with
    rice.
    Do not add water.
    Taste for seasoning.
    Add salt
    and
    red
    pepper;
    put Hitachi on cook cycle. After cook cycle
    is complete, keep on warm cycle for at least 1/2 hour. Serve with garlic bread and green salad.
