Pineapple Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    2/3 c. crushed pineapple, well drained
    2/3 c. bell pepper, finely chopped
    2/3 c. pecans, finely chopped
    coconut
Preparation
    Mix first four ingredients well with hands.
    Shape into ball and roll in coconut.
    Chill until firm.
    Soften about 1 hour before serving with crackers.
