Crustless Salmon Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
4 eggs
1 c. milk
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. red pepper sauce
2 Tbsp. plain flour
Preparation

Drain and flake salmon. Toss with cheese, flour and onion. Grease pie plate or quiche dish. Spread salmon mix in dish. Beat eggs lightly, then add milk, salt and pepper sauce. Pour over salmon mixture. Bake, uncovered, in 350\u00b0 oven until knife inserted in center comes out clean (35 to 40 minutes). Let stand 10 minutes before cutting. Serves 6.
