Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. cleaned shrimp
    salt
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    1 green pepper, chopped fine
    4 celery stalks, chopped fine
    4 Tbsp. Parkay
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Sprinkle shrimp with salt.
    Brown onion, green pepper and celery in butter in large skillet.
    Blend in flour, 1 teaspoon salt and pepper.
    Add sauce and vinegar.
    Cover; simmer for 10 minutes.
    Add shrimp.
    Bring to boil.
    Cover; simmer for 5 minutes.
    Serve over fluffy rice.
