Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large cans chunk pineapple, drained
1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
8 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
-
Mix flour and sugar.
Pour mixture over pineapple in a 9 x 13 glass pan.
Layer 3/4 of crackers and cheese over pineapple.
Pour melted butter over top.
Add the rest of the crackers and cheese to form top layer.
