Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Fritos
    8 oz. Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    2 oz. chopped green chilies
    3 large chicken breasts
    1/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Boil
    chicken
    for
    about
    1 hour or until tender.
    Let chicken
    cool and remove from the bone.
    Melt Velveeta cheese. Combine
    milk,
    Ro-Tel
    tomatoes and green chilies.
    Mix well. Layer
    an 8-inch baking dish with Fritos.
    Spread chicken over Fritos.
    Pour
    cheese mixture over chicken and Fritos.
    Repeat layers, if
    necessary.
    Bake in the microwave for 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
    Makes approximately 6 servings.
