Peanut Butter Ya'Ll Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. vanilla ice cream (Weight Watchers)
    1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. smooth peanut butter
    4 graham crackers, made into crumbs
Preparation
    Soften ice cream.
    Blend peanut butter in thoroughly.
    Line a small pan with plastic wrap.
    Fill with dessert and press to corners.
    Get out air bubbles.
    Cover and freeze until firm.
    Lift out block by wrap.
    Spread crumbs on a sheet of waxed paper. Place crumbs on with your hands, pressing into sides and top of block.
    Chill until firm.
