Orange Baked Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 thick pork chops
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Place pork chops in shallow baking dish and cover with mixture of remaining ingredients.
    Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Uncover and bake for 1/2 hour longer.
    Baste several times.
    Serve with baked potatoes and broccoli.
