Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
4 eggs (unbeaten)
1/2 c. chopped pecans
3 c. raw carrots, grated before measuring
Preparation

Mix together all dry ingredients, then add eggs, beating after each one.
Add oil, carrots and nuts slowly to mixture.
Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0 in 13 x 9 1/2-inch pan
