Pesto Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. fresh basil leaves
    1/2 c. pine nuts (walnuts can be substituted)
    3/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
    1 c. olive oil
Preparation
    Wash and dry basil.
    In a food processor grind nuts to a powder and set aside.
    Chop basil in food processor.
    When well chopped, add Parmesan cheese and mix.
    Add chopped nuts and garlic.
    Blend in olive oil by hand.
    Garlic and olive oil can be adjusted to taste.
    Great on pasta.
    Cheese tortellini is my favorite.
