Pork Lo Mein - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. thin spaghetti, uncooked
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 1/2 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. sliced green onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 lb. pork tenderloin, cut into strips
1 1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms (4 oz.)
1 c. diagonally sliced carrots
3/4 c. chicken broth
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation

Cook pasta according to package directions.
Drain.
Heat oil in a large skillet.
Cook celery, green onion and garlic until tender.
Add pork, mushrooms and carrots.
Stir-fry until pork is tender and pink disappears.
