Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. brown sugar
    2 sticks oleo
    1/2 c. white Karo syrup
    1 tsp. soda
    pinch of cream of tartar
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Bring the brown sugar oleo and Karo syrup to a rolling boil and cook for 5 minutes.
    Add the soda, cream of tartar and salt. Mix well.
    Pour over 7 to 8 quarts popped corn.
    Place in 2 buttered cookie sheets and bake at 200\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Stir a couple of times.
    Peanuts may be added.
