Hot Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 unpeeled, cooked potatoes
    1/2 lb. bacon
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 medium onion, chopped
Preparation
    Peel cooked potatoes.
    Fry bacon.
    Combine dry ingredients with liquid and add to bacon.
    Bring to a boil and add onion, pepper and peeled, sliced potatoes.
    Leave on low heat until ready to serve.
