Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    3 1/3 c. milk
    3 c. canned pumpkin
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together and stir into eggs.
    Add milk and pumpkin.
    Pour into pastry-lined pie pan.
    Bake in very hot oven (450\u00b0) for 10 minutes.
    Reduce temperature to 325\u00b0 and bake 35 minutes longer or until knife inserted into center comes out clean. Makes two 9-inch pies.
