Mexican Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 (4 oz.) can green chiles
1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
1 (2 oz.) jar pimiento, drained
1 Tbsp. water
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 (.56 oz.) packets green onion dip mix
1/4 c. butter, softened
1/8 to 1/4 tsp. red pepper
Preparation

Rinse seeds from chiles.
Use food grinder or blender to grind chiles, cheese and pimiento.
Blend water and onion dip mix.
Add with mayonnaise and butter to cheese mixture.
Add pepper.
Mix well.
Pack into lightly buttered bowl.
Cover and refrigerate until firm.
