Pork And Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean boned pork
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 onion, chopped
    2 or 3 stalks celery
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms
    pinch of nutmeg
    pinch of ginger
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. wine
    cooked rice
Preparation
    Cut pork in thin strips; brown in margarine.
    Add onion, sliced celery, sliced mushrooms and spices.
    Simmer covered for 20 minutes.
    Add wine and soy sauce.
    Cover; simmer 10 minutes. Serve on hot cooked rice.
    Serves 4.
