Italian Roast Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chuck roast
    1 jar pepperoncini peppers
    1 large onion, coarsely chopped
    1 pkg. dry Cajun mix
    1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
Preparation
    Place in a slow cooker in order given. Simmer on medium for 8 hours and serve on Pepperidge Farm onion rolls.
    Save juice to dip on sandwiches.
