Pineapple Picnic Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip, thawed
Preparation

In a large bowl, gradually stir in pineapple into cream cheese.
Stir in pudding mix.
Fold in chunk pineapple and Cool Whip.
Cover and chill until serving time.
Makes 10 to 12 servings.
