Mom'S Potato Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 Idaho potatoes, grated
    1 small onion, grated
    1 egg
    1/2 c. flour or more
    1/4 c. oil (for frying)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Grate potatoes, onion and egg.
    Then add flour.
    Mix should be like a pancake batter.
    If it's not thick enough, add more flour.
    Pour oil into frying pan.
    Drop batter with large spoon into bottom.
    Brown on both sides.
