Orange Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 beaten egg
    peel of 1 orange, ground
    3/4 c. sour milk
    2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. nuts, chopped
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Cream together butter, sugar, egg and orange peel.
    Mix baking soda into sour milk.
    Add flour and sour milk alternately to creamed mixture, ending with flour.
    Mix in nuts and raisins. Pour into 8 x 10-inch baking dish. Bake 1/2 hour at 350\u00b0.
    While cake is hot, pour glaze over.
