Beef Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (20 oz.) cans pineapple chunks (1 1/2 c. juice)
    1 c. catsup
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    2/3 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 tsp. ginger
    3 lb. meat, cut in 1/2-inch chunks
    2 onions, quartered
    2 green peppers, cut in pieces
Preparation
    Grill on kabobs over medium hot coals for 10 to 15 minutes. Yields 8 to 10 servings.
