Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. rhubarb, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1 1/3 c. sugar
1 egg
1/3 c. flour
Preparation

Clean and cut into 2-inch pieces fresh rhubarb.
Mix rhubarb with sugar and flour thoroughly.
Add egg and mix again.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Top with second crust or lattice crust. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
Cool before serving.
